Seven standard profiles are available. We can also modify profiles to meet your specific requirements. The R01 and R02 profiles can included a POM insert in order to add rigidity to the outer case. Choose the profile your require and a description of that seal is provided.

Axial dynamic sealing lip vertical to the r
Small contact pressure of the sealing lip that enables also “dry running”.
Low friction on the sealing lip – decreasing with the rotation speed as a result of the centrifugal force.
Little abrasion and long lifetime.
Insurance of sealing also at eccentric rods or rod misalignment.

Asymmetrical, single acting rotary seal with clamping flange. “Flexiseal”

Low friction in dry running or poor lubrication conditions, no stick-slip effect.
Application
Reciprocating and swiveling shafts.
Chemical and pharmaceutical industry, aggressive fluids and high temp. Max. pressure 150 bar, max. speed 2 m/s.
Installation
Installation in open housing.
S1012-M
Features
Symmetrical, single acting piston/rod seal, combined with pressure ring and support ring.
By adjusting the number of packings friction and leakage characteristics can be influenced.
Excellent static and dynamic sealing performance.
Excellent performance in high pressure conditions.
Useable for short and long stroke lengths.
High wear resistance.
Application
Reciprocating pistons/rods in hydraulic cylinders, plungers etc.
Used in heavy duty applications (presses) with return stroke by equipment weight. Max. pressure 500 bar, max. speed 0.5 m/s.
Installation
Installation normally in open housings.
At closed housings the parts need to be split. In this case the seal must be done slightly larger (approx. 1% in diameter)
